HVAC System Controls

The Canariis Corporation factory includes a UL 508A control panel shop.  Every control panel is engineered, assembled, wired, programmed and tested in-house under climate-controlled conditions.  Each panel is custom designed for the specific requirements of each project, from the simplest constant speed system to the most complex variable speed systems with temperature, flow and pressure controls.

CONTROLLERS
Canariis Corporation will match the controller on the pumping system with the Building Automation System (BAS) controls in the building.  The Canariis Corporation packaged pumping system does not require any additional communication cards or costly hard wiring for the building engineer to view all points and functions of the pumping system.  The controls require only a twisted shielded pair for direct communication interface with the BAS.  Because the pumping system controller matches the rest of the building controls, the operator training, operation and maintenance of the system is simplified for the building engineer.
