Canariis Corporation is a leading manufacturer of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Packaged Systems. All of our systems are custom engineered, manufactured and tested in our Riverview, Florida facility.

Every system designer has the difficult task of engineering a system that is efficient, economical and fits within the constraints of the overall budget and mechanical space limitations.  Canariis Corporation works with the design engineer and contractors to help simplify this process.  Budget pricing, system layout drawings, piping schematics, project specifications and system energy analysis are all available for the use of the designer.  This allows the engineer or contractor to quickly determine the best overall approach and to concentrate on other priorities.    

Canariis packages are not a “one-size-fits-all” approach because this will not always offer the best overall solution.  Every system is custom engineered to the specific project requirements and space limitations for your application.  Many Owners have strong preferences for certain manufacturers of pumps, valves, hydronics, building automation controls and variable frequency drives.  Canariis Corporation has the flexibility to use the equipment that the customer prefers while still providing a quality assembly.
