R/3 Relocation Fourth Floor Fit Out

The R/3 ACS Relocation project includes a new packaged air-cooled chiller system for installation on the roof. The package is complete with a 155 Ton air-cooled chiller, pumps, air separator, expansion tank and make-up water system. System controls are Distech to match the facility controls. The system requires a single point power connection and two piping connections for supply and return. The pumping section is enclosed in a State of Maryland certified metal building with lights, heat, fan and louver.
