Bedre Chocolate

Canariis Corporation recently built a packaged air-cooled chiller system for Bedre Chocolate in Davis, OK. This package was designed with Trane controls for seamless Building Automation integration. The system includes a single point power connection with all electrical suitable for outdoor installation. The piping volume in the field was not sufficient for the chiller tonnage so a 500 gallon buffer tank was also package mounted. The system was completely hydro-static, performance, electrical, efficiency and control tested before leaving our factory.
