Grove Apartments

Canariis Corporation recently built a packaged Central Geothermal System for Grove Apartments in Chicago, IL. This package was designed with Trane controls for seamless Building Automation integration as well as Trane VFD’s and RTWD 90 HE chiller.

The system included pumping for chilled water, heating water, condenser water and geothermal with all the necessary valves, pipe specialties, controls and sensors.

After assembly, the system was completely hydro-static, performance, electrical, efficiency and control tested before leaving our factory.
